IMPORTANT INFORMATION for counseling and pcpf sessions requests:
For new clients, requesting a session will let your selected counselor know of your interest. The counselor will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
Once you have talked to your counselor, you must verify your insurance through our Billing Administrator, Cheryl Waller with Providers Billing Service.
After insurance benefits have been verified, please let your counselor know you are ready to be scheduled for your first session.

If you fail to have your benefits verified, you may have to pay out of pocket.
Payment is due at time of services rendered.
For already existing clients, requesting a session here will let your counselor know via email. Until the counselor confirms the availability of your request, the appointment is not set.
Once you receive your confirmation, then your appointment will be secured on your counselor's calendar.
